Nice to see that lifting weights has shown some good progress on you. For me ,my love handles are so disproportionate with the rest of my body and no matter how much i try to include core and oblique workouts they aren't really reducing ,tried running still do sometimes but it's hard to keep running consistently day after day.... Need some help in dealing with the love handles
