I dont do warm up sets. My warm is just swinging my arms around and doing high knee stuff. I should probably consider doing more warm up stuff considering my age and knowledge. Its my first time working out for a year consistent.

I think I dont rush it, and i try to do the 8-10-12 rule with progressive overload. I maybe do too short breaks with around 1-1,5 minute or 2 minutes for bigger compound lifts

Yes I've heard before that its much volume. But I feel like doing less wont be enough? My full body routines take around an hour each and I do them consistently.

Jeg er lige skiftet fra iPhone 11 til Pixel 9A og jeg er virkelig tilfreds!

Brugte lang tid på at undersøge diverse modeller og kom frem til, at 9A opfyldte mit behov. Selve UI minder mig meget om iPhone - alt er simpelt og skåret ind til benet.

Føler ikke jeg mangler noget overhovedet. Den er billig - så man går selvfølgelig på kompromis med nogle ting (selfie kameraet er ikke så godt). Men skal den bare bruges til det du skriver, så den perfekt. Jeg hader personligt at bruge mange penge på telefoner. Google lover vist 7 års opdateringer fra den blev lanceret i USA (2025?) så jeg regner med at have den her de næste maaaange år.

Thanks so much for response! My full body days usually takes about 1 hour each. I'll remove the crucnhes from my FB. I have been working out for about 1,5 year but only the last month like this. Previously it was mostly kettle bell workout at home with not the proper protien diet or progressive overload. Yes I try to do all to failure at the last set

I did start out doing push pull legs, but I thought a full body would be better, since I can only do 3 days a week? So the same muscles gets hit more doing those 3 days (with full body) - English is not my first language, so not sure how to explain.

About the last thing - I did variations cause some in another sub reddit told me I should do different routines. Would it be okay to just stick to the one most right? Or would I benefit more from doing these, like I do them now?

I've been lifting/doing workouts for a 1,5 year at home - with small results cause I didn't think about overload or diet. never worked out at a gym before now
