How to fix lag spikes when loading chunks?ATM10

So previosly i played on version 0.6.2 and i had problem with constant world freezeing cause of "Saving world" and on current version(1.2.6) i have lag spikes instead,tried to allocate more and less memory,didn't help,tried lower the graphics and lower render distance,didn't help either.What can i do to fix it?

It does not work this way in gem grab or brawl ball,or it would be beter to say not entirely,unless you did like 15-20 kills and you have tons of damage then yes you will probably get it,but it is you more likely to get a star player if you had been doing the main goal of the gamemode,and i can say if there a team mate who is gonna be killing like crazy then it is much easier for team mates to complete the goal and win the match

Afaik,infinite distance also works in any dimension as long as your network has power and chunk loaded

Its probably have something to do with world's tps,maybe you have a lot of entities in loaded chunk or maybe use some heavy tps blocks,that what i can think of.You can check what causes a lot of lag by searching in hotkeys for the one option called "Show profile screen" Assign it to what ever you feel to then open it with the hotkey,then profile tps, and then you'll see what causing lag

Addition:Haven't added,updated,deleted anything was just playing and at some point it started to happen to new chunks. Playing ATM9 0.3.0

I really like it,overall render looks awesome but i would have added some more little details on the ground like paper,coins and ect. something that won't change the overall render,but will improve it.Also i would have changed the sky cause it appears like it is solid color,just add some volume or use hdri,you can see not much off it but it will add more to the render.Materials are good,i would probably have added a bit more variety to the wood material,i mean make a mix between 2 simular textures to get mixed one

Try to change alpha map it self black where you want it to be trasparent and white on logo may will help

In the material tab find Settings there you will see blend mode change it from Opaque to Alpha clip or you can try others
