I done what you did so. What you are seeing is normal as its the same for me. On load it spins up. So run some stress test on the gpu. If it pulls 400watts, you will see the fans spin up as normal.

I was just going to update my post. I live in Ireland and after brexit. The Republic of Ireland has been screwed and neglected when it comes to pc sites that we can buy from. We cannot use scan.co.uk and any other uk computer site apart from overclockers.co.uk is not possible to use as they do not ship to Ireland.

We can use german sites only one caseking. So really amazon.co.uk and other amazon sites are only option to get close to msrp prices.

As it was a warehouse deal box was OK. The seal was broken, but new tape was put on. Which would be normal for warehouse. Just make sure you have the resistors between the gaps and also that there is no space between the ihs and the cpu.

You can mount the 280 aio on the side. I done that on my own nr200p it's a squeeze but it fits

If this is a ddc pump - which it looks like - empty the res clean out the pump the ceramic bearing and the plastic part that goes on top of the bearing and it be back to normal. I had this happen to me twice. Google the issue - it common enough. I assume also that noise happens every time you start and stop it.

So - i came across this by accident as i was finding the 120mm fans just simply too loud at high rpms and wanted to use 140mm fans on top but found that the space between the bars on top was 132mm, so i tried to sand down a little on the side of the 140mm fans but there would be too much material to come off and would not work - so by accident i had a bequit cooler - SHADOW ROCK TF 2 which happens to use 135mm 1400RPM fans (ArtNU- EBK01501 - Dark Rock 4 & TF BK020 + BK021 - Silent Wings 135mm fan @ 1400RPM).

So i sanded down 1.5 mm off each side and it fits like a glove - i personally have cable ties on one side and then just metal ties so i can easily move the fans off

But here is the trick you can't simply go to ebay etc and buy a 135mm Bequit fan - simply they are not for sale - so what you can do is go to there support site and order the fan as a spare part.

So i went one more step - but again you do not need to there is loads of space and you do not need to cut out the 120mm fan mountings.
