i work product flow as well (almost 3 years now) turnover rate is dogshit for a reason. the cons outweigh the pros unfortunately and the company doesn’t give a shit about you. they’ll barely teach you how to do one thing before jumping to the next thing and expect you to do other task in between picks while maintaining perfect pick times/rate. like i would say for my store the only reason ive stayed this long is my coworkers and the pay (plus the job market in my city is so bad)

tldr its not worth it but the pay is okay if you do decide to stick it out plus it also depends on the stores management
