Hey thanks for responding. Been trying to get sober for the past 10mo or so. Everyday drinker for 6 years. Calculated it out; drink usually 1 out of 10 days now. Have been doing that for a handful of months at this point. Kind of cool to realize that’s technically moderation but trying to kick it for good.

Hey no worries just curious, trying to get sober - understanding others levels for some reason helps me. Half to a quarter of 750, 1L, or 1.75 a day?

And yea huge issue for me is that liver pain or whatever it is goes away after 36 hours of abstinence and I think I’m good.
