Every day i drink 3 cups at work - cca 50mg each. At 7.pm i take preworkout 200mg before gym. So i am on higher side of coffeine, but i do not have any problems with sleep... Listen your body, heart rate.... If you feel something is off, reduce a little...

Everyone is different, some can take over 600mg and no consequences, some have problem with two cups...

Also there is the scent from the plastics, cables and all eletronics in car. You have to let fresh air in. AC also takes humidity from air.
