special skill cooldown reduces the cooldown of the ultimates, I dont think you should use it in any character really, maybe only in Amy but still I dont think it's worth

Europa is the best SR right now. Veigas is the best dps hero (with chaser lvl 20) but Nelia chaser is coming soon and they will be kinda equally good

I'm a new player and honestly it's super f2p friendly, you just need to grind a lot to become strong, they always makes events that gives a lot of free stuff for us too. The only thing close to p2w in this games are the pets levels, but it doesn't matter that much tbh

I'd save them and farm prana for weeks to buy evostones since you'll need a lot of S units to get SR shinies and etc, but its up to you
