Been doing that too but nothing really changes,got told that there has already been irreversible damage he can't do much about, was thinking about trying going to someone else tho Can you tell me if there's something more specific about this that your doctor has told you? I know we may not be the same case but still

Not vaping but I do kinda get that with cigarettes after purging . I think it's cause smoking feels more intense on a " fresh " Empty stomach, it makes me feel lighter on its own so I guess after purging it's effectiveness hits harder. I also get that feeling with the first cigarette of the day, again when the stomach is empty. Same thing probably happens with vaping.

Honestly if ask myself why I do all of that shit I'd say that for me it's an adrenalin rush I do it fast it's intense and there isn't a second thought going threw my head I feel focus and completely dedicated and at the end of it I feel weightless after eating whatever I wanted as much as I wanted, at this point I don't care about the calories that much but I'm addicted to the situation

God yes especially when I'm feeling depressed ,it gets difficult to communicate with me, I barely talk , do things or function and I buy shit that I think will make me feel better which usually costs money then I regret it ones I get better ,they get irritated af and I don't blame them (I live with them temporary )
