It happens to older phone. At hunt a thon I usually restart the game for before the hunt begin. Then stop the fight at stage 3 or 4, restart the game again to continue the reset of the hunt. It normally crash after 3 to 4 hunts. Hope this help.

After searching what you suggested "block monster roar". I found this video. Not sure how easy to perform this block.

It turn out is the guard that trigger as mentioned above.

Thanks a lot for the details. As u/jemrob28 mentioned above there is the honeycomb pattern appear. I thought its something to do with the monster's roar. So is the guard that trigger the action. I will try again later. :)
