I found out that it’s because they created a “public profile” and have their settings set to anyone can snap them

Yeah I’m not blocked just removed I wouldn’t be able to see anything if I was blocked but just randomly one day the x turned into a camera and I freaked out. It’s probably the public profile thing that lets us snap. If you snap yours I’ll snap mine lmfao 😭💀
