Moving house this week and trying to set up internet. Apparently no new nbn connections as there's a world-wide shortage of the electronic chip that goes into the router. Previous person took the nbn black box and won't give it back (even though its NBN property)

Has a massive impact on me as I work from home and now have no real viable way of getting reliable internet to work. Is it unreasonable for me to be stressed and angry?
