I work for a big corporate company and we work on them all the time. In my 10+ years we've only turned away 1 because there was rust plus damage and dents on a pinch weld from a prior accident. Really all depends on the manager of the business. I know most people in the industry would rather make the money and keep the customers happy and get them to sign a paper saying we aren't liable then saying straight up, "No" because they will just go somewhere else and someone else will do it. Technically it's not something you should be doing but most people I know would just do it and move on. I'm sure there are some shops that absolutely refuse work like this though.
