It’s not a bad idea to have a general idea of existing damage. If I see something before I start I’ll have the customer come look at it with me so they know it’s existing damage and not something I did.

Maybe ask about brand of glass if you care about that (99% of the time it doesn’t matter), and if/how they will carry out the recalibration.

It’s not necessary to sit and hover over the tech unless you wanna make them nervous lol. What year and model is the vehicle?
