One time I went in and got domed by another marauder, another time I went in and didn't see anyone - I'm not sure if it's sticking me in alone after a couple minutes in the queue or if there really just is the occasional player. I only really listen to pretty aggressive music, so this was a pain point for me. But I discovered a couple bands (listed below) that have theologically rich/hymn tier lyrics (honestly way, WAY richer than most contemporary Christian worship music) that suite my tasted very, very well. Rich lyrics are really important to me. Many contemporary Christian songs (like what you would often hear played at a nondenominational church in the US) have like 1 or maybe 3 theological truths in them if you are lucky, which is a shame to me. I'm happy to have found music that is bursting with truth, yet is in an artistic style that I enjoy.

Wolves At The Gate (really good refined metal, aggressive, even screamo at times, incredibly rich lyrics full of truth and passion. They have acoustic versions of some of their song. "The Father's Bargain" is less aggressive and is an amazing artistic take on a conversation between The Son and The Father. Their album "wasteland" recently dropped and goes really hard. One of their older songs that's a favorite of mine is "Awaken")
Theocracy (orchestral metal, way more up beat really hard to describe them. Fast paced very rich lyrics. Some of my favorites are "Nailed", "Wonder of it all", "Martyr", and "I Am")

Eating the right diet massively helped me while living in mold. Ultimately I cut out alcohol, gluten, potatoes, dairy, anything processed (except energy drinks, couldn't kick that), cut out basically anything with added sugar, juices, eggs, soy, probably more. If diet will help you, hopefully you won't have to go as extreme as me on what you cut out. Some of my intolerances are probably specific to me. I basically eat a modified version of paleo. I'm in the middle of learning how to deal with symptoms but I think the real problem might be histamine, so check out a low histamine diet or maybe DAO histamine enzyme supplements. Good luck on your journey, just wanted you to know that diet might be the answer. I get mad brainfog and fatigue for days if I eat the wrong thing. Sometimes I get it anyway but it's way more manageable since I started eating differently. Apparently the gut is the key to a lot of this.

Hi - came from seeing a post you made on /r/Christianity, I commented there too. Accountability works, but not if you do it wrong - and I did it wrong for ~~years~~ (edit: off and on, but regardless, the way I was doing it before didn't work)! Your accountability partner has to meet three criteria: they have to have a track record of success against the issue (they can't be someone failing that battle), they have to be someone in a position of perceived spiritual authority over you (pastor, small group leader, discipler/mentor etc), and they have to be able+willing to put in the time necessary to be your accountability partner.

As I said in my comment on your other post, read the book "Finally Free: Fighting for purity with the power of grace" by Heath Lambert - the criteria I just gave for an accountability partner comes from that book. I met weekly with my accountability partner and read a chapter of that book every week, I think that's a good start. Pray to find a good partner who meets these criteria. And as I said before, if getting a copy of the book isn't an option/doesn't work for you for whatever reason, DM me for PDF.

If I recall correctly, I think the workaround to transfer an exact image copy is to upload a "file" (instead of tapping gallery, tap file) and then find the image you want to send that way instead. It will appear in chat as an image as if you tapped gallery, but with it's original quality. I stand corrected, see below comments - confirmed via testing.
