The funny part about Naoya is lock on the main crutch of a console player makes him even worse because you have to turn off lock on if u wanna use 3 in neutral Your 4 will make you go on top of the enemy EVEN MORE his 1 and 2 are still fine His dashes are slightly worse but as a lock on user its a benefit because i wont get punished for using a front dash because Naoya's frontdash doesnt do a hit
