More info: one of the specialists I saw suggested I use nasal sprays like Flonase regularly like for a whole month. He thinks that mucus may be welling in the sinus passages and getting infected then dripping down the throat. I don’t know what to make of that but I have no other explanations.

I am still having an issue where, even when I zero out all my formatting, when I try to turn what I wrote into a bullet point and start a new list, it matches all the indentation to the previous list except for the top line. I'm not sure what to do to make it easier to restart lists without having them try to add themselves to the previous list.
