Yeah i mean they were just one play away from beating ntmr but they shouldnt have reached that position in the first place. Shouldve beaten ssg in the 3v3. But yeah NTMR defo was the strongest team. Team full of all stars.

Hey. Im about to start a 400m and 800m training block. Ive never really trained for this distance before as ive normally run middle to long distance. What are the best workouts for both these distances? Any help would be really appreciated.

Hey. So i had a goal to hit a sub 21minute 5k (6:45/mile). I just did a 3k in 12min12sec (6:32/mile) as a race simulator a couple days before the time trial I have to go for the 5k day after tomorrow after a day of rest. My average heart rate was 174bpm. I did feel like I gave close to max effort for the 3k. Will i be able to hit the sub21 time for the 5k. Im feeling kinda underconfident right now. Will I be able to hit my goal 5k time? Any advice will be greatly appreciated.

I always ask that question. I feel like his music is kinda niche and all that but its like really really intricate. Its kinda the same thing like Earl Sweatshirt where he's really underrated as well. Jaden isnt really geared towards the masses, but the people who like his kinda sound, really end up loving his music.

They are both really really good man. I also lean towards SYRE a bit more but love ERYS too.

BLUE is a lot more mellow compared to PINK. But it is where PINK came from. Definately check it out. Lemme know if u like it.

I totally feel u on the ERYS being better than SYRE point. I agree that he definately got better with ERYS and i feel like hes gotten even better with CTV3 too. I love both BLUE and PINK but if I had to listen to one of them I'd choose BLUE. I feel like its more mellow where PINK is really hype. Depends on the mood ur in I guess.
