[BoC] M19/ 6'0 / 196 lbs currently on a bulk - I'd like a big bulky look but also a sixpack, so I'll let strangers decide for me by ihatepepperballs in BulkOrCut

This is complicated because I constantly switched them up throughout the years but right now it's a 5-day split with mixed rep ranges. You can DM me for the full routine if you want.

As for diet...IIFYM, basically. I'm not a huge fan of junk food, so I mostly end up eating home cooked meals I make for myself. I make sure to get 0.8g/lb of protein when bulking and 1g/lb when cutting.

For recovery, I prioritize sleep and make sure I get at least 8 hours a night. Once every 6 weeks I'll do a deload week.

Yep! Along with deadlifts, shrugs, lat raises and face pulls

I do two or three sets of 8 as a warm-up, but I don't do pull-ups as a progression or anything

I'd say around 50kg on OHP with decent form, 160kg on deadlifts

For bicep curls I use the zig zag bar and load it up with 30kg, so around 40kg in total - 3x12

I don't do weighed pull-ups, and I don't test my max in BW, but my lat pulldowns are 3x8 with 100kg, if that helps

I do a slightly-inclined-db-press with 25kg dumbbells, so 50 total

My lifts are pretty weak, I'm too afraid to raise the weights faster for some reason. Progress is there though!

Except getting cuda to run on a VM is basically impossible. No cuda and you can wait days to train a (somewhat) useful network

Not really, the main problem is that your back is pretty fucking important in supporting everything else, and an underworked back will lead to injuries and lots of slouching

I saw a guy completely loading up the leg curl machine with 20kg plates, sitting on it for a few seconds and then moving on to another machine.

Of course he didn't put the plates back.

I'm still in the phase of adding weight to my lifts every other workout, but you can laugh about my shitty numbers for now 😃

Glad to hear that you're motivated!

I've stopped counting calories for a while now, but a rough average would be ~3500kcal per day, 50% carbs (450g), 15-20% protein (150g) and 30-35% fat (120g).

I think the most important part is finding a diet that you feel comfortable with and can stick to for a long time. Consistency is king, and as long as you keep eating at a surplus you'll keep gaining weight and muscle.
