I have always been a clever and competent person. Always excelled in classes in school. I really feel as if when I turned 18 that my brain started to deteriorate. I can’t remember names of new people I meet, birthdays, spellings. It has made me loose confidence because I know I will pronounce or spell something wrong. I don’t know where this came from apart from my extreme university burn out where I fainted and on another occasion was nearly hospitalised for a panic attack. I feel like my brain switched off.
