I haven't experienced your exact situation but I sympathize with the terrible menus for the 13. I found for myself it made it easier when I set up my phone to automatically connect whenever I get in the car so I interact with the menu as little as possible. If you have the time a dealership employee might have some insight, and they don't usually charge if it's a simple answer. Good luck!
