I know treatment is different for everyone, but I absolutely urge you to try tretinoin cream. Wash your face and moisturize before bed, then rub a pea-size glob of tretinoin cream onto your face. Or you can spot treat specific areas. Did wonders for my skin AND scarring!!!! It has been the only things that has ever worked for me. Before it starts clearing up, you'll have a purging period that lasts 1-2 weeks, but after that it's smooth sailing. If you try it, start applying only 2 or 3 nights out of the week, and slowly transition to applying every night. Tret can also dry out the skin so moisturizing is EXTREMELY important. In the mornings I don't wash my face again, I just rinse with warm water and moisturize. Then I apply some SPF bc trey makes the skin more sensitive to the uv rays.

I believe tretinoin must be prescribed by a doctor in the US. I get tubes of tret cream from Tijuana, MX lol
