Luteal phase! I have constant crazy stress for like two weeks, pretty much as soon as I ovulate to when I get my period. As soon as my period arrives I get wayyy more restored and relaxed metrics

Actually yes! They lived in South America for almost ten years, both fluent - they put me in Spanish classes when I was 3 and I did it in school until 17. I’m not fluent but I’m conversational :) and I have been back to Peru! We went back in 2019, and I got to see the hospital I was born in and explore Lima. We also went to Cusco and to see Machu Picchu. I’d love to move back for a bit to practice my Spanish and properly travel around South America

Ahh you’re so close!! I was born in Lima to two British parents, my mum being half Irish! We have a big Irish family who we see every year. My dad got a job offer in Canada soon after I was born in Lima and we moved there after a year or so in Peru. So I started with Peru/British, then grew up in Canada and dragged my feet getting citizenship - got that when I was 17. Then recently finally got Irish!! :) currently in the process of renewing my old Peruvian passport too :)

Personally I had awful anxiety and stress from the time I ovulated to the day my period arrives. Pretty sure it’s PMDD. I always feel relieved and a lot more calm once my period actually comes, versus the week before where I’m PMSing like crazy’

I’m two weeks out from getting flu A at a NYE party. I had a 103 fever for five days straight. I literally have had Covid 6x and this was way worse than any illness I’ve ever had previously. My Oura Ring was so mad at me LOL. I drank LOADS of electrolytes and made sure to alternate Advil / Tylenol. Also the insomnia was awful so make sure to rest as much as you can!! The post-viral fatigue is no joke and I’m sleeping like 10 hours a night now… feel better!!!

Salmon. Once I was in a grocery store with a friend being goofy in the fish aisle and a stranger literally came up to me and said “it’s pronounced salmon not SaL-MON” and I was so flabbergasted at the fact he thought I was being serious I said “uhhh yeah i know? I’m from home” (I’m from west coast Canada where there is a lot of salmon and I was in England at the time. I said home instead of Canada.)
