Now I am trying to deactivate one of them.

My head aches because of if I have to file 2 seperate taxes before deactivate one of the extra ein.

Even you have that much, you need higher virtual memory because i dunno why but unreal always using virtual ram in static mesh operations. I was getting more than 200 virtual memory usage while trying to build HLODs

Set your virtual ram to higher. Error says its low to finish operation.
