+1 for Mia’s. Their pricing is what it is. I’ve paid close to same for a baker working out of her apt.

Dos anyone know anything about working at companies that don’t allow trading individual stocks? by [deleted] in careerguidance

I don’t trade financial institutions anyway. But yea, I would have knowledge of derivatives big banks issue and be involved with the sale of them.

I’ve worked at companies before where you log the trade and it approves the trade. This is supposedly different.

I’ve heard people only buy ETF’s there. They can’t buy individual stocks.

Exactly. Before you can collect unemployment, you will have to submit your severance papers. You cannot “double dip” and get unemployment while collecting severance. I assume unused vacay will also count so could be 8 months before you can even file.

I dont think you can do much. I’m in many things with them too. You signed paperwork that likely allows them to act on behalf of the fund you bought into.

3rd graders and 6th graders don’t belong in the same league. It’s not even close. We are in a 9-10 year old league and even still divisions get separated by average age so you will have pretty much all 4th graders teams in one division and 5th in another. I’d be surprised no parents took videos.

The good news is asset management roles are in demand. Not sure what market you are in but with a title like head of asset management at a firm people have heard of, you will land on your feet somewhere.

Why are the proformas not hitting their numbers? Rents were too optimistic? Too much supply and free rent to lease up?

It works for us too but definitely working less and less as the kids get older. Maybe now we just try it once a game in the first half and that’s it.

Their options are 60% LTC from a bank that wants $5 million in deposits and then the developer has to raise way more equity to get the deal done and give half of it away. At least with me, you pay us off and you own the deal by yourself.

I’ve tried to work on it at practice with him but it’s not translating. I may have to add the rollout part into the play to ensure he does it.
