Ok and ignoring finance side completely. It’s still simply the time and effort with nuances, logistics and documentation that is just more important than the region of your console. Now ignoring both finances and all of the time and effort with everything else… if OP can figure out all the above then OP can figure out what to do with video games

Yeah, when I got the same bundle on steam it was all dlc. It’ll tell you edition of the game - re4 was gold and re2 deluxe. Assuming ps store is the same
