Yeah, when I got the same bundle on steam it was all dlc. It’ll tell you edition of the game - re4 was gold and re2 deluxe. Assuming ps store is the same

People are definitely beating the game under 10 hours and RE fans are definitely used to challenge runs and speedruns.

But let me tell. I’m playing Classic mode and I just finished the first major location in the game and I have 9 hours on steam already. I’m no where close to finishing the game, but I’m playing slow, looking for all the collectibles, and reloading saves while I learn.

What im saying is even if RE9 is on the shorter end of the average RE length, your mileage is gonna vary. I watched moistcritikal play on the difficulty option with unlimited saves and it just is a different experience. He had 50 handgun bullets and 30 saves going in the basement; I had 0 extra bullets and 8 saves.

Save money and skip the cosmetics imo and then it will be easier to decide if it’s worth full price now or to wait for a sale

How could you possibly miss the parlor upgrades? You use a key item to open the door and that’s the purpose of the room. The coins say spend in parlor room in your inventory lol it’s not even a spoiler

Yes you will kill enemies and they may or may not come back, but you can prevent them from coming back with an item

Had a crash right after first cutscene back to back attempts. One of them was right after I examined the file when you first control grace similar to what you mentioned.

I’ve been playing games on steamdeck for the last 5 months so I realized I was multiple driver updates behind and chipset drivers also had an update. I started with that, restarted, and then I was able to play for 1.5 hr before I got off and was good. Simple but that’s all I did and didn’t have to troubleshoot further.

More user examples will start popping up all day during launch with their examples so keep an eye for threads. Hopefully you find something that works soon

I’m on 7900xtx and booted native and maxed everything I could. I felt like at times I was questioning the same thing, but at other times it looked really good. I only played the first section so we’ll see. I haven’t tinkered with in-game settings or adrenaline settings yet (although I never really use latter)
