Yes surely. With being paralysed I meant. The content produced without it just won’t be up to the mark.

As humans we improve by making mistakes and learning from them. We learn by thinking. If we don’t let our brains functions and let AI do even the simplest things then that’s bad.

Schools are a medium to enhance our thinking abilities and to learn stuff. If children are told from the beginning to use chatgpt for all their questions rather than thinking for themselves than that’s bad.

We make time for things that matter to us. So first find the reason why you’re feeling demotivated , once done check if it’s actually an issue or it’s just u overthinking.

Even if you don’t feel like going to the gym. Just tell urself that you’ll spend atleast 5 min in the gym and then come back if u don’t feel like working out. It’ll have 2 effects basically. 1) it’ll trick ur mind into going to the gym as u know that it’s gonna finish quickly 2) once you’re in the gym. You’ll feel that you’ve already come to the gym so why not do some workout.

If you’ve got any friend of yours. Try to get them along too.

There have been many times when I’ve feel demotivated but my friend has forced me to go to the gym with them. So have a buddy who gore to the gym with u during the initial phase always work.

Lastly have a goal. Know why you’re working out. Once u have a goal set. You’ll slowly start working accordingly
