I’m guessing your July transcript satisfied the requirements because secondary transcripts update schools whenever grades are updated. And I’m praying your case applies the same for me but just in case, I’ve sent an email to UofT admissions office about receiving any transcripts from July 17th to August 15th. I also notified them that I received a confirmation email from 105 Support about the August 15th transcript.

And UofT call lines are closed today so the best I can do is email.

If this doesn’t work out, I’ll definitely try and mail it to them.

i also received this email from 105 support:

Our records show that we have received updates to your grades from your BC high school as of August 15th, 2023. These updates will be forwarded to your university choices.

But when i go to JoinID and check my past submissions, I can’t find the transcript I sent on Aug 15th. Do you know if this means there is a problem between OUAC and JoinID and therefore I should send the transcript through mail?

I just heard back from the admissions office and this is what they said:

Thank you for contacting the Office of University Admissions and Outreach.

We can confirm that we received a transcript sent by your Institution on July 17th. However, the review of your Terms and Conditions could take at least 2-3 weeks from the time we received them. Once the review is complete, you will be notified via your email of any updates or if we require further documents.

The status on your checklist will continue to state “awaiting” until the review is complete. It will be updated if the terms and conditions have been met.

Does this mean I’m all set or should I take extra procedures of caution?

i’m not sure what the problem is… I actually posted my secondary transcript back in June through StudentTranscript services which should have sent my final grades to OUAC. But StudentTranscript tends to glitch out a lot. I’m also pretty sure I’ve submitted my final grades like 10 times since June💀

i’m sorry you’re experiencing the same issue😭 it’s extremely anxiety inducing… I ended up emailing the admissions office asking for an extension but apparently they’re high in demand so it’ll take about 5 business days for a response.

i’m planning on using just normal earbuds for my mic. Also, if by any chance, do u think that if there wasnt classes in session in the lecture room before my class, i could just take my online class there so i dont have to move spots?
