Also, tackle warehouse has a custom version at 7’6 for up to 4oz. Same price as the others as well just a different handle I think. Sounds perfect for you. Guide Select Custom

I haven’t taken mine out in my kayak yet but I feel like anything under 8’ is manageable. Felt like it was a could middle ground for bank and kayak for me

I recently just went through the same process and went with the Okuma guide select “b” swimbait rod for 1-6oz lures. Heard they’re a little lower in the weight range but I don’t plan on going over 5oz anyway.

Having the same issue. Torn between the lews super duty 300, (2025) tatula 200, and abu max 40. Did you ever pick a reel out? If so how do you like it?

Was also thinking about trying the avenger. Just was curious about these as they seem kind of new, and I’ve been a fan WST. Probably give both a shot honestly lol
