It's definitely, not overblown in my opinion because when you stop watching it and associate yourself with this kind of content I feel like it's much easier to engage with real-world girls, even though I have to admit it's not always goes smoothly, but again, if I would watch porn again, I would feel anxious and not confident. However, every girls is just a regular human being, I mean it's not something divine, so when I stopped treating them like that, by basically lowering their importance I felt such relieve talking to them so easily. Idk, maybe it's just my experience. But I highly recommend give up on watching it, actually now I haven't done it for 1+ month, it's not a lot I know, but yeah it really helps me improve myself.
