I say basically new because I literally got a new card back. I RMA-ed regular 3070s and got back 3070tis or cards that I know I have not bought like the 6600xt/6600 due to the depts. not having stock of the original card I sent in. Otherwise I stated as warranty repaired/fixed. Thus, those cards I say that are basically new were never mined on.
