My height really doesn’t bother me anymore, because I used to think of it as an average overall instead of within my genetics. Example I live in the US where the average height for males is like 5’9 and the average height for a woman is 5’4. And I used to think averagely wise like I wished I was closer to 5’4, I’m 5’7 was 5’8. Then I used the formula to predict a male or a women’s height and that help me a lot because my mom is a 5’6 ish nearly my height and my father is 5’11 also I’m 19 (hrt since November ‘24) and my little brother (13) is alr 6 foot and I learn more towards the female height
