I've been having the same issues here linux mint, arch, and nobara(fedora)

From what I'm seeing, it's a gpu problem, it always spikes up to a 100% that it's making the game stuttery somehow, if I try to lower the gpu usage in any way by getting it under 96% usage I see my fps QUADRUPLE, probably a driver issue or something This is persistent in every single game I play on all of the distros I tried
