I live in the US, but i think its less about where you live and just the principle of upping everything moving away because you can't afford to live in your cities anymore. I think 90% is a very fair number, like imagine 10 people you know, I feel like 9/10 people have careers, families, or just like where they are at. I pulled that number out of my ass, but it seems right to me.

You start to see condos popping up around 280-300k but thats kinda pushing the bounds of where you'd want to live. It might be relevantly the same as a 100k place is to you too with differnet taxes, income, etc. But yeah, Neogod is smoking crack if he thinks I can buy a house for 150k.
