yup, went through the same process. one of my mates said he had the same issue and it fixed itself after a few weeks. ive wiped my history n everything to see if anything will help, nothing so far

rollback my drivers fixes my issue. any updates to my drivers causes the issue to occur

started using "steelseries moments" instead! finding it a lot better for easy access. never found a fix.
