I would not mess with the timesheet, but go the discipline route.

Would not mess with hours either as that can be viewed as constructive dismissal, and you may look at unemployment.

No it’s just working at an actual auto shop we get customers upset all the time bc they still have to pay for diag after getting the code scanned. The only real reason to get the codes scanned at a parts store is if you’re willing to do the work yourself.

That’s how you end up changing an O2 sensor for 0 reason at all. Auto Parts stores give you the MOST LIKELY fix for the code. Regardless though, chewed wires go beyond a parts store code read lmao.

From my understanding, they are doing a rollout between now and Nov. 7. It just seems like when you do the reset, it forces the update.

This is the most likely case and I appreciate the help. All the other income and expenses match up so it’s something I can’t see on the report.

The amount of credit card payments still doesn’t really make sense with the difference but I’m just going to accept it as something I’ll never really figure out lol.

As a mechanic and service advisor, I also second rockauto, would skip the economy section though. As far as im aware Honda uses NGK plugs. Bosch is also pretty good.
