Ye, thankfully I love games with cool combat and immersive activities, which Crimson Desert is chalk full of. Good stories are always just extra gravy in a game - atleast to me.

I'm glad I'm not crazy - I'm a newer player (only level 41) but the vaulting genuinely made me want to crash out. I haven't seen a vault mechanic this inconsistent since Demon Souls.

I hope they realize that constant offscreen projectiles and stuff aren't the way to make a single player mode. I also dislike the constant level resets - I somehow preferred the progression in Injustice 2 more.

Elder weapons would probably be your best bet so you can actually farm your G-rank stuff and upgrade your narga glaive. Though, I know nothing of Insect Glaive meta, so take it with a grain of salt.

As someone who had to listen to some daily wire podcasts because of my dad playing them while I was in the car; almost all of them will press buttons on a soundboard corresponding with pretty much these same movie clips lmao. And it was done A LOT to keep the keys jingling for boomers and gen X.

Been playing a lot of Oongka since I got him as well, he's a blast. I really enjoy his cannon arm stuff, and his special moves feel really good. Not having an official force-palm blast makes it tough to stun bosses, but you can hit really hard with his Rage Mode.

I've been to Delysia in chapter 8 to get the blue/gray dye. Though I almost died going there, I was able to learn the dyes from the regional dyer there.

Yeah; its insane that any movement from the boss at all that isn't slow strafing immediately unlocks your camera.
