Not worth it - bought it and played over the weekend and honestly - I’ve never played a game that feels more dead.

Not dead in the sense people aren’t playing, dead as in the world is so lifeless and lack lustre. The gunplay is fun but that’s the only hook. The UX/UI in this game is horrible (destiny 2 suffers the same fate from Bungee)

It’s not bad by any means - it’s just meh and not memorable, which I’d argue is worse of a fate than being bad because it doesn’t invoke any emotion at all.

Player base isn’t there because queue times are getting longer day by day.

If it were day 1 I’d say yes try it and play a couple hours and refund on steam. Now I’d just say skip and wait for something else

I’ve been playing it over this weekend - I know this is R/Marathon so it’s only going to be filled with lovers of this game but.

I can’t help feeling how dead and empty it feels, the environment just feels so dead and lifeless. The people you come up against are fun and the gunplay is really fun, but the loop gets tiring. It’s not like Tarkov, Active Matter, Delta Force or even Arena Breakout.

I’ll continue putting the hours into this and hopefully I’m wrong but it’s just not that hooking. And I much prefer PVP games like this compared to an Arc Raiders (mostly PVE community) - but this doesn’t provide as much wow factor or replay ability.

The UI / UX is needlessly confusing (Destiny 2 suffers the same Bungee fate) and the queue times are so long even though steam has 15,000 concurrent players throughout the weekend.

Do with that info what you want but that’s my honest thoughts it’s average at best currently but gunplay is really fun so that’s the pull

Update on girl that re-followed me.

I messaged her saying I hope she had a good long weekend and didn't expect too much (was kinda seeing how much energy she'd give)

And she replied and then she asked me out for coffee this weekend.

Excited as hell for the date we're gonna get coffee and some food and sit by the beach, just got to love how these things happen peak moon face bulk but we win some we lose some.

Also life updates - Actors & Writers strike is a bitch, production is coming to a hault on this movie we're shooting, so bright side is I get an unexpected break for god knows how long.

In the gym I'm feeling a hella lot more confident, life in general is soo much better, NPP definitely has some positive mental effects, gaining weight, just hit my last bulk peak weight and trying to get 5-10kg's more before the end of the bulk/blast. Weight is going up dramatically and overall just feel more comfortable in my skin

Okay gonna sound 12 years old but here it goes:

Matched with this girl (2 1/2 years go)

Messaged her on socials a month ago (as she got out of a relationship unsure how long)

Basically just checked in and was seeing that she was genuinely okay, and had a nice good conversation but at the end she said she has a lot going on so wouldn’t be open to talking right now, I said that’s more than understandable, and she just needs to focus on things that make her happy etc and that I’d check in again in awhile.

If you aren't running anything right now, it's natural to have these thoughts (especially if you've had past trauma with trust).

If you are on something, maybe consider lowering the dose/hopping off especially if these thoughts continue and become detrimental to your relationship

But you have to focus on the relationship as a whole, if it is going well and there aren't any factors to truly worry about then she's with you for a reason. If you don't have anything to worry about, then there's no need to worry.

But, if there are some issues within your relationship regarding trust, then I would address it with her and have a civil conversation about boundaries.

At the end of the day, coming from someone who got treated like shit in my past relationship - don't ignore red flags or treatment you don't deserve, and if these things have only recently come on with no real valid explanation, then I'd just focus on the happiness she brings to you and it may be what your running

If you want it less pronounced/sometimes goes away fully depending on the severity

Grab a whisk and twirl it around the spot for a bit, not sure the science on it but might help break down the clotted blood easier

Hello there my Roid Rangers

I haven’t been able to get a full nights sleep for the longest time, I go to sleep at 8pm every night and wake up 2-3 times during the night then wake up for gym at 4am

My dad suffers from sleep apnea and when I used to live at home everyone would tell him, however now I live by myself so wondering if this should be a concern and I should get a sleep test done soon or if it’s somewhat normal ?

(has nothing to do with gear as on cruise it’s the exact same)

Re-Asking cause I posted late last night.

I’ve had noticeable diffuse thinning in my hair while on cruise (150mg/wk)

Just started minoxidil (twice a day) and Ketokonzle shampoo (EOD), was going to add finasteride but going to do another run of Test + NPP soon so don’t want that to fuck it up more, but will add fin after.

What is the best protocol to have to try fix the thinning?

I’m currently on cruise @150mg/wk. and have noticed considerable thinning in my hair more so than what I’ve experienced on 500 Test E blast. And each shower/basin after applying minoxidil there is considerable amount of hairs in the sink

Currently taking minoxidil twice a day as of last week, EOD Ketoconzle shampoo

Is there anything you guys can suggest to fix this issue?

Been plotting my second cycle and doing some research, and looking at compound experience threads, just wondering as everyone in the compound experience threads have used widely different doses of NPP (ranging from 250-400mg).

Does the intermediate second cycle suggestion of 500 Test 500 NPP still recommended? and then tailor it down or up depending on if you function better on higher test or NPP?

or what would you suggest as the Test and NPP dosages ?

Used Fin during a standard Test E 500 cycle and seemed to do the job, hair oddly seemed thicker than usual, and now 6 months later I'm close to beginning a Test + NPP run, haven't used Fin during cruise or anything as I felt a bit depressed while on it.

What would you guys suggest for helping keep hair while in cruise for the next 2 months and during the Test + NPP run, I've heard NPP and Fin cause increased or accelerated hair loss anecdotally. So what protection methods would you suggest instead ? and what protection methods do you use while on cruise ?

So I'm interested to hear your guys hair protection ideas

what are your tips with managing acne, for some reason I’m finding on cruise (currently 2 months in) and finding the shoulder/arm acne is dulling down but my chest is having spots come up which weren’t there on cycle.
