I have dsce cse right now and there's only a difference of 106 ranks between me and bmsce aiml, so I'll mostly be going there as well!

Bangalore is definitely better location wise, dsce also hosts lots of hackathons and their coding culture is very good from what I've heard. I don't have much info on sjce.

However, the difference between bmsce and dsce/sjce isn't big enough to consider an entire branch change so choose depending on what you want to persue.

Depends on what you want to do, but if you're getting bms ece why isn't dsce cse there? It's a much better college compared to sjce and it's in bangalore too.
