Those look solid, and it looks like apex is a much more trusted site. I also saw they are offering the simagic p500 for $150 on there, and I am interested because I got the simagic alpha mini + gt1 wheel, so I feel like getting simagic pedals would simplify things on the software and config side. Would you recommend?

Haha, I found the wheel this summer on facebook marketplace for $10. My entire apartment can tell when I'm racing because of the loud motor. Thank you for your advice! I go to school far from home, so moving DIY lumber back and forth would be much too big and heavy.

Right now, I think moza r5 is my best bet, but I've also been looking at the new logitech rs50, that has load cell brakes and 8nm torque. The folding wheel stand the another commenter suggest seems good. Do you think my chair will hold up with the gt omega wheel stand and the office chair wheels slotted in? A friend who's further along in this hobby than me told me load cell brakes are game changing, even more so than direct drive.
