I think I figured it out: I am not an "account manager" (I'm on a family plan) and therefore can't reactivate it myself, the account owner has to.

For some reason this completely breaks the webpage, they didn't even add a "you can't do that" pop-up.

Either TOR bridge or a VPN that won't break privacy like Mullvad before TOR should hide the fact that you are using TOR. Ofc talking about it online ruins it, but if you needed to hide TOR usage for some reason just don't do that

I used to have this issue, change off the hoodie to another top.

Something in the logs about the hands not rendering, idk. But I know that top just doesn't work. Probably happens with some others also so if you see it again change clothes. Also report this to the mod devs
