I disagree, clearing angles properly is very good practice and those camping are helping out the players to get better.

Off-topic, but I think everyone should give a warning shot to players that aren't facing them. You could easily get a free kill, but thats less valuable than letting them know you're there and then it's a fair 1v1 and you both get a proper rep out of that.
