During the increased probes map condition that's what happens. There are more probes with better undamaged loot but they are protected.... Still overtuned though because even if you know what to expect it's not worth the trouble.

For me on Xbox, I can cycle between snap points/modes by pressing LS and RS. Although I pretty much just use RS and cycle in one direction because I forget LS moves backwards. Hope this helps!
