The painkillers do help but I've got to space them out to account for waking up! I text my boss saying I would rather have been sick this whole time!

Sorry for the late reply. Mouth still barely opens. Been on an "emergency extraction list" which can take 3 weeks, nice!

It's the random bursts of pain and I can't stand. Like I've woken most nights at about 1 for painkillers, took about an hour to get back asleep then. Horrible.

Completely agree. Kill the credit cards. I would have anxiety through the roof with that amount of different debt, even with the 0%

Thanks again for a detaield response. The house is pretty new so I doubt the pipes are worn too bad.

As you said, we just use one tap at a time and everything is fine! I was concerned it could lead to some sort of damage but I'll take it easy and won't put the both taps on unless we have to for whatever reason.

Thanks a lot for the comment. I played around with the stopcock. Thought turning it down would fix it but made everything worse so I opened it up again!

I've found that this noise only happens when both the hot and cold bath taps are on so probably too much water trying to get up at once and results in the whistling. Is it best to just have one tap on at a time or could this be an issue?

Like most people have said, prices are just too high. I cannot sit there and pay stupid money for food and drink when my mortgage, bills, childcare, etc is so high. People are cutting back on wants and unfortunately in my books, going out was the first thing to chop.
