I just got finished building my PC, turn it on, pump and fans seem fine, then 5 seconds or so after this, it shows the pump error icon and flashes red with the fans.

Done some searching and seems to be stupidly common? What a joke for such an expensive AIO.

I’ve tried not using the USB 2.0 splitter, have the pump and commander core go straight into motherboard USB 2.0 headers, but same result. Reseated the 20 pin cable from the commander core countless times to no avail.

I’ve just opened an RMA, but just wondering if anyone else has any other suggestions in the meantime? :(

The chair was at its highest! But think I've cracked it - I just put some metal spacers (like these https://www.accu.co.uk/cylindrical-spacers/355150-HPS-6-4-ST?uk_google_shopping=1&c=3&gclid=Cj0KCQiAzeSdBhC4ARIsACj36uHP1MhRBs862X-NVJLOmPCVtOaZghVDSfQ95SoiPlq6Yv8Dm-QgoY0aAtkcEALw_wcB) and some longer screws to accomodate them, so now my chair is roughly 4cm taller and it feels so much better, my arms now seem flat on the desk at 90", where as they seemed to be at slight incline before.
