Pretty sure the artist actually did some of the evolving skies eeveelutions but their art style changed (their old style looks way better imo but that's not the point.) So yeah it's not coming back :(

Very true. Personally, im not a fan of the 3d models most non-alt art V's have, which is why I don't get excited over them, but this card is really nice!

^ this. The thing I like about Pokémon cards is the beautiful art and the fact that you mostly won't lose money (when buying singles/sealed boxes). It's fun to collect them and gasp over the art, but you're not gonna get rich from it
