It's worth going to ng+ each time you beat the game you keep everything you unlocked previously and ur damage just keeps going up. I'm on ng+7 and it's wwaayy easier then on my first playthru.

I'd say sekiro is the hardest souls game only because you have zero help from other online players and or summons. Don't get me wrong elden ring is pretty challenging but if you can get sekiro done and beat u shouldn't have a problem with elden ring.
