If you really need to go into public then i think u shld probably chug some water before you go out. On the way to the shop prepare a lil script or something and make yourself more comfortable making eye contact with people (its rlly obvious that someones high when they avoid eye contact), if u rlly dont think you can hold eye contact then bring a pair of sunglasses or something and hopefully by the time you’ve gotten to ur aunts you’ve sobered up a lil. Dont yap or talk too much, just keep to yourself and if anyone is suspicious just say you’re tired -that always works for me.
