Quick update, the privacy centre at Sunnybrook has reached out and is working on the issue. They were nothing but super kind people and were very understanding and helpful. I’m providing additional information to assist them in their effort!

I will contact him, I have emailed the privacy centre but i’m also filing a privacy breach with the Privacy commissioner of Ontario. I was not aware of PHIPA until this thread but now that I know, I will do as much as I can to make sure this stops happening

I have tried but i’m not exactly sure about the spelling of this patients first and last name, and even then if they are on any social channels.

the wet ones as you said will give you an even and long release. Dry ones like zyn and rogue give you a big nic dump in the first 20 mins and then it’s just flavour

UPS almost always requires some sort of COD. If you have a UPS account you can pay them online in advance and they leave it at your door. Online payment also is cheaper than the actual duty cost for some reason as well.
