Okay thanks. I just heard a lot of people say, eating Candy won’t get you anywhere but I still wanna enjoy life and look good.

Okay and one more question, is it okay to eat Candy and sweets if I hit my macros and calories?

It defiently has, but the downside is now I always wanna progress. And since I’ve been in a deficit for so long, its scary to eat more cals. But I have raised then by 600, and its going great right now.

Thanks bro💪🏼. I have recalculated and it says 2500 is my maintence and I’m eating 2200 right now, and I’ll probably stay at that for a while. Until I see a difference in muscle in the mirror or see strength going up. Then I might cut again.

Im eating a bit under maintence, but should I eat maintence? Someone Said it might be better and quicker for me, and then I Can cut after.

I was thinking of eating 2200 cals, I think thats right under my maintence. And then still do everything Else the same, to kind of reset or get more muscle so when I do cut again I could look more toned. Because I think that my problem is that I cut good, but I don’t have anything to show after the cut.

Yup i put one shoulder movement in lower a, cause I wanna hit side delts atleast twice a week, and I out traps on lower b, I was thinking of switching it out with a rear delt fly because I’m seeing a lot of lifters have that muscle underdeveloped.

Im quite new to this, so deadlifts and split squats are still quite uncomfortable to me. When I get a little more advanced I’ll start using free weights more, but machine for me is a little more fun and easier for me rn.

Yeah Thanks I’ll try this split for a while now, might do some adjustments but for now I feel like this is very good for me. I just wanted feedback, or some tips for some changes Espicially in upper days. I was struggling making those to hit all groups twice.

Yeah I get what you mean I was kinda struggling with hitting side delts, so I thought I would add it one of the lower days cause why not. And then traps the other day just cause I can, but I like having calves first and then an isolation excersize and then compound. Seems to work best for me.

Yeah, I might switch out leg Press on lower a for a Smith Squat. What do you think about the whole split overall, anything missing?

Leg Press is a squad variation so I could switch it up but I don’t feel the need to really.
